ATN Media Meetup
Our ATN Media Meetup event offers your business the opportunity to unleash its growth potential through the power of media. The ATN Media Meetup event brings the adventure travel community together under one roof, to connect with key travel media during an informal networking drinks & canapés reception. We will invite travel journalists who focus on ‘adventure & experiential travel with a positive impact’, who are thirsty for new adventure travel hooks and edgy stories. This is the ideal platform on which to share new product offering and news with some of the best writers in the game.
As this sector begins to accelerate post-pandemic, there has never been a more important time to ensure we are communicating our brand clearly and concisely to the media. By making this event small and intimate, with one theme the primary focus, it allows tour operators and tourist boards the chance to network informally with trusted journalists, and the chance to share the very latest news, stories and product offerings.

ATN Media Meetup Format
As this is an exclusive event, we will follow a 20.20 approach inviting approx. 20 UK based adventure travel tour operators and approx. 20+ key commissioning Editors, trade reporters & freelance journalists from newspapers, magazines & online media, with a focus on adventure and experiential travel with purpose.
We kick-off with a quick panel debate, led by Jono Vernon-Powell, our ATN Moderator, and our five ATN Media Meetup Destination Partners. This provides a great informal opening to the evening and sets the scene giving us the opportunity to find out what is new and trending in each destination, as we literally bounce around the globe! Our five Destination Partners are placed around the room throughout the evening so they can be approached for an informal chat.
As this is a small targeted event with no pre-scheduled meetings but all attendees are provided with company profiles & journalist bios via the Vamoos app, prior to the event, so everyone has the information in advance and can get the most out of the event.
Wine & canapés are served throughout the networking reception.
